Terms of Service

By using any of the services or signing up to use an account through earnxrp.click(the “Website”) or any of our associated websites (including, without limitation, the technology and the platform integrated therein), chats, and/or any and all related applications (collectively, the “earnxrp.click Site”), you agree that you have read, understood, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, as well as all of the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference and forms part of this agreement.

User Account

• You are not allowed to register or use your account through proxy, VPNs, Hide My "Ass", LAN groups, Internet Cafes, etc.
• You are not allowed to create or use multiple accounts, use fake information, or share payment processors between them and other members.
• You are not allowed to log in to more than one account on the same computer or IP address. This includes family, friends, co-workers, and using your account on public computers.
• You are not allowed to use any VPS/Proxy server to access or use this website. We expect you to use this website from your personal device, using your real IP address. If you use a VPS/Proxy server, your payout request will be rejected, and your account will be suspended.
• Any attempts to overload our server will lead to the permanent suspension of your account.
• If you bring directly or indirectly any kind of prejudice to our website, its owners, and to the staff team, it will lead to the permanent suspension of your account.
• Usage of ad blockers and script blockers is prohibited and will lead to the suspension of the account.
• We reserve the right to delete/suspend accounts by providing specific reasons and explanations. The decision of the admins will be final.

Referrals

• You are allowed to refer an unlimited number of members.
• We don't allow using services that are selling referrals. Our staff will verify, and if your account is suspected of breaking this rule, it will lead to the permanent suspension of your account.
• You agree not to be compensated for the loss of any referrals referred by inactivity, which might be deleted or suspended by inactivity or any other cause.
• You are never allowed to change your upline, which will remain private.
• Referral commissions might slightly differ and not be exact according to the mentioned values. Also, for some features, the commissions may be lower/higher or null. We don't guarantee/provide accurate or exact earnings from referrals, and you will not be compensated in such a case.
• Some referrals might not be counted under you because of various possible reasons, and they will not be allocated under you if not automatically registered in the database. No compensation for the same will be given.

Payments, Deposits, & Withdrawals

• All your deposits/orders are final and non-reversible/refundable.
• All payments should be done through our own or integrated partners' websites only.
• We will not be responsible for any funds which get stuck/delayed in the blockchain or with the payment processor(s) and cannot be held liable for the same.
• Some of the deposits might not get credited exactly due to constant fluctuations in Bitcoin/cryptocurrency market rates and other factors. No compensation will be provided for inaccurate deposits.
• We reserve the right to cancel and reject any withdrawal with an explanation.
• Some of the withdrawals may not be sent exactly as requested, and a slight difference might occur. No compensation will be provided for that.
• We reserve the right to modify existing fees and/or add/remove fees on deposits and withdrawals without prior notice.
• We are not responsible if payments sent from our site don't arrive in your third-party wallets or own wallet (i.e., if the withdrawal is sent but doesn't reach the desired destination) and cannot be held liable for that.

Refund Policy

• The purchase of any subscription from this website is non-refundable.

Anti-Cheat & Account Suspension

• You should know that each time you try to do a "fishy" or "happy" thing, our system will save this log.
• You should know that if you try to "bot", "hack", "SQL injection", "XSS passthrough" and other "happy" things, this will lead to the permanent suspension of your account and legal procedures might be taken against you by approaching the cybercrime department of your country.
• You must not interfere with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.
• We reserve the right to suspend your account for any valid reason from our TOS or related to it.
• If your account is suspended for any reason, you cannot ask for a refund. Your account will be "wiped" (stats, referrals).
• You may not create or use any type of emulator or a program to automate the process of clicking.

Revenue Shares & Gambling

• We reserve the right to change the revenue share APY/APR rate without prior notice.
• Any investments made on the site do not guarantee/assure profits on them.
• The revenue share profit accrued might not be fully accurate due to various reasons, and no compensation will be provided for the same.
• There might be delays sometimes in the profit crediting process, and some days might be missed due to technical errors. No compensation will be provided in such a condition.
• By using the "Dice," "Rev Share," & "Games" feature on the site, you agree that gambling and using such services to generate asset income is legal in your country. The user themselves will be responsible for using these features, and we cannot be held responsible for any losses or legal difficulties faced by the user.

Liability

• We won't be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to us and therefore beyond our control.
• We won't be held responsible for any of its users, advertisers, or advertisements. This includes every third-party company on which we depend.
• We are not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It is your responsibility to declare what you've received and pay your country taxes.
• We will not be responsible if any server failure, core wallet hacks, site hacks, or breaches cause loss of funds held in accounts of users or any data loss. No compensation will be provided in such a condition.
• We can suspend your account if you don't agree to our terms, and your account will be suspended.
• We are not responsible for the investments you make.
• We are not responsible for the activity of direct, rented referrals. By buying or renting them, you are fully aware of that.
• We have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members. We will send out a notice to all of our members about the new terms and/or terms that have changed.
